Embarking on therapy is a courageous step toward understanding yourself better and improving your overall well-being. In individual therapy, you'll work one-on-one with a licensed therapist who is trained to support you and your child and family and develop strategies to navigate difficult emotions and situations.

Each therapy session is a safe, confidential space where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

A Personalized Approach
Every person’s journey is unique, so therapy sessions are tailored to your specific needs. Your therapist will work with you to set goals and develop a plan that makes sense for your family.

Evidence-Based Techniques
Your therapist will use a variety of therapeutic approaches suited to your needs. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Training, Parent Training, Attachment-focused treatment etc. Together, you’ll work on building coping skills, stress management techniques, and emotional resilience.

Confidentiality and Trust
Everything you share in therapy is confidential, allowing you to speak openly and honestly. Trust is the foundation of our work together, and your therapist will create an environment where you feel safe to explore sensitive issues.

Emotional Growth and Empowerment
Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through reflection and active problem-solving, you'll develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, while learning how to manage emotions, make positive changes, and lead a more fulfilling life.

A Collaborative Partnership
Therapy isn’t just about advice; it’s about collaboration. You and your therapist will work together as a team, with your therapist guiding the process and helping you find your own solutions. As you progress, you’ll feel more confident in your ability to handle life’s ups and downs.

Each session typically lasts 50 minutes, and the number of sessions you’ll need depends on your goals and the issues you’d like to address.
